Benmarl will celebrate their 9th Annual Hudson Valley Sangria Festival on July 19th & 20th 2014. Admission $20 and includes: souvenir wine glass, samples of fresh sangria and Benmarl wines, vineyard and cellar tours, live music and entertainment. Starting at noon, enjoy a glass of their Sangria wine made from a blend of their reds using the classic Benmarl Sangria recipe. It can be enjoyed chilled or add fresh fruit and brandy. The winery will be open late especially for this event. Usually closing at 6pm, the grounds will be open until 7pm with food and additional sangria for purchase.
The winery is located in Marlboro, NY just off of Route 9W. The tasting room is open year round from noon-6pm daily from April-December and noon-5pm on Fridays-Sundays from January-March. Enjoy samples of 6 wines for $8. If you’d like to keep your glass it is an additional $2.
