Tucked away down Akeakamai Loop in quaint old Pahoa Town, just down the street between Kaleo’s Resturant and Jan’s Beauty Shop you will come upon the Tin Shack Bakery. There is a sign on the corner with an arrow pointing down the Loop. Don’t drive by this one, take that right turn and park either in the lot (which is always full) or along side the road where you’ll find plenty of parking.

Whether you are there to sit down and take a load off, visit with a friend, or to look at that map, the atmosphere at the Tin Shack Bakery is always full of aloha.

Open Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m, inside and outside seating.

You’ll find quite a bit of organic and fresh items, and a selection of gluten-free. You’ll find something to satisfy your taste buds. Serving breakfast, lunch, dessert, various drinks, or snacks. The Tin Shack Bakery is where you can relax and enjoy life. There will be no rushing you for that table you occupy. Arrive at 7 and stay till closing if you like. The owners are friendly and very talented. This Bakery is just what Pahoa needed.
