The chef at G.B. Schneider & Company grew up with a passion for good food and good company. So when you are in Duluth Minnesota, the comfort food prepared with care and experience from a well-trained chef will be a great dining experience.

G.B. Schneider is open Monday through Sunday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and easily found in West Duluth on Grand Avenue in a strip mall with convenient parking close to the door. Seasonal dishes prepared from scratch and slow cooked with love and a “something special” from the chef include beef stew, herb roasted chicken and a delicious pasta entrée. Of course, you will want to start your dinner with a starter such as pickle roll ups, GB’s nachos, wings or pulled pork and chips. A full bar includes specialty cocktails, martinis, wine, bottled beer and beer on tap.

A great variety of soups, salads, hot open-face sandwiches and specialty sandwiches made it hard to decide just what you want to eat. The burgers are one-third pound Angus beef on a grilled homemade bun. They include hand-cut fries, chips or fruit and you can make it a double, triple or as big as your appetite allows! Wild rice burgers are also offered for a vegetarian diet. A kids menu is offered and, of course, save room for dessert.
