This is a wonderful opportunity to purchase fine art and crafts as well as talk to the artists that created the piece that you love.  Come add something unique to your collection.  Kid’s Art Activities Booth helps to stimulate the artistic side of the children will offer face painting, making giant bubbles, and  a sock puppet workshop. Live music will fill the air all weekend as numerous local musicians entertain and provide musical enjoyment for everyone.  The children are free to dance to the music and enjoy the open festival atmosphere.

Take a break in the tree-shaded food court  for a picnic or snack just visit one of the 11 food booths and enjoy a variety of diverse and tasty treats.  As a Waste-wise festival, over 80% of the festival is waste-free with vendors recycling and composting and the festival providing stations for attendees to do the same.

From the Author: This is the last big festival of the summer in Manitou Springs. It is one I always enjoy as an art lover! The combination of enjoying live musical entertainment while walking around all the booths of wonderful art make is an weekend not to miss! The Commonwheel Artists, under Julia Wright, do an amazing job putting this FREE festival together. This also allows you to enjoy the festival all weekend. It is a great effort that the festival has become nearly waste free.
