Description:

Make plans to see Duluth Minnesota’s Bentleyville Tour of Lights–Minnesota’s largest outdoor light display! When Nathan Bentley decorated his home in Esko Minnesota for Christmas it would cause a traffic jam because thousands of folks would travel there to see his extensive light display. The City of Duluth made a deal with the Bentleys to bring their light display to Bayfront Festival Park on the shores of Lake Superior. The display includes a 128 foot Christmas tree and the lights are synchronized to music. You will enjoy tunnels of lights, animated displays, Santa Claus for the kids, free coffee, hot chocolate and cookies and more.

Bentleyville opens Saturday, November 21, 2015 and continues until December 27, 2015 including Christmas Eve and Christmas day.  The hours are Sunday through Thursday 5-9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 5-10 p.m. Bayfront Festival Park is located at 700 Railroad Street, Duluth Minnesota, 55802.

The park is handicapped accessible and there are bonfires to keep you warm; however you need to dress warm as you are walking along the shore of Lake Superior and if there is wind–you will feel it! There’s a shop to get warm or to buy souvenirs–everything says Bentleyville!

Best of all–Bentleyville is FREE–bring a non-perishable food item for charity!

From the Author: We have enjoyed this lighting display with our family for the last few years on Christmas evening. Everyone from the youngest to the oldest enjoys the music, the light display and the beautiful setting!
