Eleven West salon & Spa is located in the historic Ainsworth Flour Mill Building in the heart of downtown Ypsilanti. This brick building had a fire about 18 years ago when it housed a restaurant, and was totally restored a few years later. The building also has a bank and apartments on the upper floors.
There is free parking in the rear for customers. Hours are Tuesday 9Am -5 PM, Wednesday Noon -8 PM, Thursday 10AM – 8PM, Friday 9AM -5PM and Saturday 9 AM -4 PM.
The salon hair services include hair cuts by licensed professional, styling, perms, conditioning treatments and color for highlights and more.
Manicures include the mini, file, buff and shine, and the classic, soak, cuticle, file, buff, polish and hand massage. But you can also get the Spa treatment, which also includes all of the classic plus an extended hand and arm massage and your choice of a scrub, mask or moisturizing paraffin treatment.
Choose a pedicure that suits you; Sport for those on the go, includes a short soak, file, buff and polish. Classic, with a detoxifying whirlpool soak, cuticle and callous care, scrub, leg massage, lotion, file, buff and polish. Spa, all of the classic plus an extended leg massage, detoxifying mineral mask and hot towels.
There is a wide variety of hair care products on hand for sale, for yourself or as a gift. You can expect to be pampered when you visit Eleven West salon & Spa.
From the Author: I have been a customer at this salon for many years and have always been happy with the services they provide. The salon is beautifully decorated and spacious. The building is located just after the city hall and Chinese restaurant after a right turn from Huron Street to Michigan Ave. There is a narrow driveway the Chinese Restaurant and the salon that leads to the back parking area and entrance.
