Choose from many skilled therapists of various levels of expertise and choose a 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes of massage therapy. Eagles Nest also offers wellness classes including meditation, melt classes, raw/live food preparation, anxiety solutions and yoga classes. Those sessions are held offsite at the Marshall Professional Building on Rice Lake Road in Duluth.

Your visit at Eagles Nest begins relaxing and sipping on spiced tea or lemon/cucumber water and completing a health information form. You will have the opportunity to chat with the therapist and discuss your body and any information you want the therapist to know about you and still have plenty of time to undress. After your massage the therapist will be available to discuss the session and your well being after you get dressed.
