Located in a charming old home that was once an auto parts store among other things, Coquette oozes charm with high ceilings, large windows and two floors of dining. Coquette is a farm-to-table restaurant that is all about taking traditional Southern dishes and giving them a creative fresh spin. Fried chicken is a specialty and it’s worthy of all the praise it gets. The menu is divided into small plates and large plates and the offerings change with the season and what’s available. Desserts are house-made and the wine list is excellent.

For a real treat, try the blind tasting menu, a meal comprised of five courses that the chef chooses. You have the option of wine parings as well.
