From the Author: Jonathan Rolls was trained in Classic French Cuisine in England. He did that after his two years of full-time Catering College and a 2 year apprenticeship at the Hilton International on Park Lane in London under Executive Oswald Mayer. He worked his way up in kitchens, until he became Head Chef at St. Anne’s Manor Hotel, a 23 bedroom Victorian Country Hotel In Berkshire. Jonathan has a strong British accent that you will enjoy while he serves his scrumptious dinner and award winning Windwalker wines.
