From the Author: First Night is great depiction of the vibrant Boston arts scenes. How many cities can boast such a diverse selection of music, arts and activities (many for free) to its citizens. This event is very popular, so it is advised that you really determine which events you wish to attend that day or night so you can arrive early and not face too many crowds. Also the major local sponsors like Liberty Mutual & State Street Financial reflect the giving culture present throughout Boston, we are thankful for these generous sponsors and all the volunteers that help to make First Night Boston a tremendous success.
