Owner Mike Nix, is a personal trainer and he holds a Master of Science degree in Sport Management from Eastern Michigan University.  With over 20 years of retail experience and 10 years specifically in the run specialty, he is uniquely qualified to assist runners with their equipment and concerns.

This company was founded to provide the local community with a personalized running and fitness center,  provide quality fitness advice, training and products that help breakdown fitness barriers and discover their inner athlete. You can find Mike there Monday – Wednesday  11am – 6pm, Thursday- Friday 11am – 8pm, Saturday 10am – 6pm and Sunday  Noon – 5pm.
