Driving along Route 6A in West Barnstable you will see a lot of antique homes with barns and gracious gardens. The Whippletree, a gift shop that specializes in holiday themed gifts and decorations, is housed in a particularly beautiful 250 year old antique barn that seems to enhance its floral gift items, whimsical ornaments, and country feel.

Whether it be Halloween, Easter, Christmas or the 4th of July, you will find something suited for the occasion at the Whippletree. At the rear of the building,  a window permits shoppers to peer into antique-filled living space that resembles early 19th century decor on Cape Cod. The grounds surrounding the building are meticulously maintained and the warm welcome offered by the owners on each and every visit makes visiting the shop a true delight. Hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday.
