Just the other side of Fourth Street, almost out of Lewiston’s “shopping district” is a place that shouldn’t be missed. One of those places where you can’t believe how much is inside, so artfully arranged and easy to look through for something you couldn’t find anywhere else.

Scarves and hats and jewelry,  OH MY!  Just inside the front door is the jewelry case, with plenty of pieces to catch your eye.  But come farther into the shop and allow the people behind you to come in as well.  Beads aplenty in the necklace, earring and bracelet styles that go so well with today’s fashions.  Wrap bracelets, and pendent necklaces as well. Wire wrapped, water worn bottle glass pendents in a variety of colors fill one basket,  while leather and metal bead jewelry fill a table near by. There is an abundance of locally handcrafted items to choose from.

The scarves, hats and sweaters knit by local a woman are one of a kind items and will be so warm.  There are also items knit from alpaca fur buy yet another local artisan.  Adorable one of a kind stuffed animals. Wonderful patchwork purses that are just the right size to be chic but not so large as to pass as an over night bag.  For that there is a whole collection of quilted totes, wallets, pouches and such.

Not everything is everyday wear.  Cute evening bags and dressy scarves are also available.  So many types, styles, colors and weights of scarves, including the infinity scarf.
