This family run business has excelled in serving up great food for 25 years. Their servings are hearty and very appealing to the Alaskan “he man” appetite found here in Fairbanks. The breakfast spread includes meat and vegetable stuffed omelets served in a cast iron skillet, along with homemade hash browns and a side of toast. Some folks just prefer the super-sized cinnamon roll with a great cup of coffee.

Lunch fare includes Stromboli, calzones, and bierocks on the menu in addition to burgers and hot sandwiches. Be sure to send someone ahead to save a seat or call in to reserve. They are busy!

Dinner at 5 menu options are well rounded including steaks, pastas, and chicken, with a smattering of seafood. Sides are cooked to perfection, and again, portions are Alaska-sized.

If you are looking to host a small meeting, there is an attached meeting room which works well for a working lunch or dinner. The servers are experts at making this kind of group comfortable and accommodated.
