Also on the menu are homemade soups and sandwiches, as well as several homemade and mouthwatering dessert options, such as their famous sour cream pound cake.
The space also prominently features the works of local artists in that time-honored tradition of mixing coffee shop and art gallery spaces. Handmade ceramic coffee mugs, tie-dyed tee shirts and handmade jewelry are also for sale, making Sweetwater a source for more than just delicious coffee and good company.
From the Author: The rotating selection of locally produced painting and prints make the space inviting and inspirational. It’s fun to sit and chat with new friends over coffee while surrounded by beautiful art to enjoy and discuss. If you are lucky you might run into one or more of the artists while you are there, since Sweetwater has long been a magnet for many of the area’s more bohemian and artistic locals.
