From the Author: All of the food here is fantastic, but it’s especially wonderful for the sushi lover. If you’re with friends who enjoy a good sushi roll, I recommend ordering a number of rolls and splitting them among yourselves. That way you get to taste more of the wide variety that they offer. Silk Road is a great restaurant with great food and a great atmosphere, so you won’t be disappointed!
