River Bend Yoga offers a wide variety of classes including sunrise yoga, family yoga, restorative yoga, prenatal yoga (doctor’s permission slip required), karma yoga, and even paddleboard yoga!

All classes are walk-in, and many of the classes are no more than $15 (paddleboard yoga – $30) and are open to all ages and skill levels.
