Duluth’s newest lodging option is located on the shores of Lake Superior, is walking distance to Canal Park and every room in the hotel has a gorgeous lake view or a city view of beautiful Duluth Minnesota.

In the late 1800s this location was used to store limestone that arrived by steamers from Lake Erie. By 1920 a cement company was storing powdered cement on the location and in 2008 the property was acquired by energetic developers who created Pier B Resort in 2016. Plans to develop the old silos on the location are still in the works.

Pier B Resort has a on site restaurant known as Silos, a roof top patio, an outdoor heated hot tub, an indoor swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center and exercise room, 20 plus boat slips and 140 lodging rooms for visitors enjoying Duluth. Guests can enjoy making “Smores” each evening at the outdoor fire pit. Guests also have access to a boat launch for Lake Superior. There is a slip bridge for walking to Bayfront Festival Park to enjoy a concert or holiday light show.
