Eight Cousins Bookstore features books for all ages and interests. Their collection of books, toys, music, games, and gifts is hand selected to offer culture, fun, beauty, insight and knowledge on many topics from the world over. They pride themselves on exceptional service and extensive knowledge of books and publishing. Historically they have best been known as a children’s bookstore and are very involved in the community where they exemplify their belief that children, reading and imagination are fundamental elements of a healthy community.

Visiting authors can be found at Eight Cousins for book signings at different times throughout the year. One of my personal favorites was when Mary Higgins Clark was on hand to sign one of her children’s books.

During the year there are a variety of activities that are held at Eight Cousins. For example the find the Leprechaun scavenger hunt over the St. Patrick’s weekend. There is also the Where’s Waldo event that started at Eight Cousins in Falmouth and then was picked up as a national bookstore event.
