C’ville Arts is a cooperative gallery showcasing local artisans works.  They have work from 50-60 contemporary Virginia artists for sale year-round.  As a cooperative the artists work together running the store.  So take some time to talk with the artist behind the counter and to learn a bit about their craft.

C’ville Arts has a wide range of arts for you to explore – everything from jewelry, pottery, clocks, wood work to metal work.  You will also find some very great photography and paintings.  This is a great store to find those unique gifts and treasures.

They are both a gallery and a gift shop.  The primary purpose of C’ville Arts is to assist their artist members with a place to display and sell their work.  They believe that the public should have access to view and purchase local Virginia art at an affordable price.

C’ville Arts features a different exhibit each month.  Recent exhibits include “Adventures in Felting” (figures and wearable art) and “Out of the Blue” (glass fusion jewelry and show pieces).  The exhibiting artists are in the coop the first Friday of the month from 6:00-8:00pm for you to meet and talk about their work.
