In a village known for it’s restaurants it takes something special to make one stand out. Center Cut offers an extensive wine selection (over 80 varieties in their library), full bar and attentive servers with attention to detail. And how many places have you been with a scotch library? Their claim to fame, however, is the 100% Black Angus beef and their delivered fresh daily seafood. Portions are generous and the chef knows his way around the kitchen as your selections are cooked to perfection and the sides compliment, not overwhelm, the main dish. There are other cuts to choose from such as the pork chops: bone in, apple cider brine with molasses and cider pan sauce.
For sides, count on the extra ordinary. Try a new twist on an old favorite comfort food, Baked Macaroni and Boursin Cheese made with Boursin cheese, white cheddar, chives and bacon. Or for those die hard french fry fans, hand cut truffle fries with kosher salt, truffle sea salt and rosemary. Check the website for other suggestions.
Those who are only looking for lighter fare can select from the appetizers; crab legs, calamari, shrimp cocktail with house made sauce or New Zealand lamb chops.
Leave room for desert. Delivered fresh daily from the Village Bake Shoppe are a variety of one of a kind deserts. Or choose the house specialty Creme Brulee.

From the Author: When complimenting upon the great taste and the tenderness of the meat on our plate we were treated to an explanation of how Center Cut gets their meat from Swift's 1855 ranch where only 13% of the meat makes the grade of Premium, marbling being the criteria. Other Swift cuts are sold as prime but aren't up to the standard of the 1855 ranch.
