The Brickyard’s best advertisement is the mouthwatering aroma from the smoker out back.  Using the highest quality ingredients and locally grown fruit woods, the meats are smoked low and slow for up to 16 hours in their authentic pit smoker. It is hard to beat the taste of freshly smoked meat and that is what you will dine on at the Brickyard.

So many choices!  Order the Choose Your Own Combo if you think you can pick just three items from the six offered: chicken, St Louis Ribs, baby back ribs, pulled pork, honey glazed smoked turkey and sliced brisket.  Or don’t choose but order the Ultimate platter with a healthy serving of chicken, St Louis ribs, sliced beef brisket and pulled pork.  Not quite that hungry?  Get your favorite on a bun, in a melt, or in a salad.  Don’t forget dessert, though you may not have room!

Choose to dine in the restaurant, the pub or outside on the covered patio.  You are welcome to bring your drinks to the upper level and enjoy a birds eye view of the parade or any one of Lewiston’s street festivals.  Take out is also available.

They couldn’t call it a pub without a bar.  Check the wall to find out what’s on tap as the local beer, ale and stout choices change with the seasons.  Hard cider is an option as well are mixed drinks.  Want wings or other finger foods with that libation?  Just ask.  Watch the game on the big screen TV.  There will be plenty of people around to debate that ref’s call with.  If your company or club is hosting a meeting or you are planning a family event, book the banquet room away from the crowd.
