During the recent restaurant week in Cape May, we decided to try Blue Rose Inn & Restaurant, a new restaurant near the heart of Cape May. They had opened recently and thought that restaurant week would provide a nice opportunity for them to introduce themselves to the area. We are glad we went as the food was delicious.

The restaurant is located within a bed and breakfast and the dining room is a nice size and nicely appointed. We started off with both a salad and a delicious crab cake, followed by Scottish Salmon. This dish was prepared wonderfully with creamed spinach and gnocchi. Finally, our meal was finished off with a lemon meringue tart and creme brulee. Of course the opportunity to taste each others dishes added to the dining experience.

This BYOB restaurant is a wonderful choice from among many throughout Cape May. As a new restaurant, we encourage you to take a look at their menu and to give them a try.
