Literally one mile around the corner from our Inn on Cape Cod, Amari Bar and Ristorante is a popular destination for great Italian food served in a casual setting just up the road from Sandy Neck Beach.  Well-liked by locals for its comfortable atmosphere, the bar is always hopping especially on nights when local bands perform.

Portions are enormous and easy to share if your partner is willing. Dinner always starts with homemade bread and olive oil for dipping. We like to start with their caesar salad served chilled with a creamy mayonnaise-based dressing, crispy croutons, and shaved parmesan cheese. Appetizers and antipasti are interesting and plentiful and entrees run the gamut from grilled items including beef, fish, and veal to pasta specialities. Another good choice is the lasagna, although the serving size is enough to feed a family of four.

We always ask for a doggy bag. Pizza can be ordered for take home from their “Amari Express” kiosk out back. Large enough to accommodate large parties in their function room, the other dining areas are intimate and tastefully decorated. Open 7 days a week in the summer serving dinner from 4:30 PM.
